1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Therefore, we allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

To cancel your order, please send us an email at ycbong_trading@outlook.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of order placement.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped before the cancellation request is received, the order will be treated as fulfilled, and our Return Policy will apply instead.

2. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Products must be in resalable condition.
  • The return request must be submitted to ycbong_trading@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving the product, including your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Non-eligible items for return include:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.

Once we receive your return request, we will assess it and provide instructions for returning the item(s).


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
  • If your return is rejected due to not meeting the conditions stated above, no refund will be issued, and the item may be sent back to you.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Send an email to ycbong_trading@outlook.com with your order number.
  • Include clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on stock availability and your preference.

  • Any promotions, free gifts, or bundle discounts associated with the returned item(s) must also be returned or will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by external events such as courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure circumstances.
